Not all cases are eligible for online payment. No online payments will be accepted from those considered a juvenile as defined by certain offenses, and may include defendants who are under the age of 21.

Payments constitute a plea of no contest and will result in a conviction.

Contact the court if you would like to request drivers safety course, deferred disposition, jail credit or to plead not guilty. Once a payment is made online, you will not be able to ask for a drivers safety course, deferred disposition, jail credit, or change your plea at a later date.
